Our Puppies...

This is our little puppy, Lucky. Everyone that played with her loved her as their favorite puppy. Mike named her Lucky because she almost died in the beginning from having maggots eat at her legs and chest. And she was mal-nourished from the maggots eating her and she didn't want to eat so we had to supplement feed her with a syringe. She ended up going to a really sweet and loving family. We were so happy for that.
We sold our last puppy on last Thursday to a way great family. We were so blessed to have found such good homes and owners for them. We were a little worried at one time that we weren't going to sell them all so we lowered our price a little bit more and then one by one or two we were getting phone calls one after another. Our prayers have been answered. What a blessing! Having six puppies is a lot of work but so worth it. They have been so much fun to play with and cuddle with. Matthew has loved watching them run around the yard and he loved when they would lick his feet and hands. It was so much fun seeing him get so excited over the puppies. He especially loves Buddy and Lady. He loves to watch them chase each other around the yard. As he is watching them chase each other you will occasionally hear a little giggle escape out. I love when he laughs. I am so happy that he is getting use to the dogs and loving them just like we do. I am kind of sad to not have any more puppies around but it is kind of a relief at the same time because they are a lot of work especially once they all start running around. It is hard to keep track of them. It will be nice once we have a fence in the future to let them roam more around the yard. I loved having them around while it lasted. The names we had for them were: Doodles, Spot, Lucky, Lucy, Skunk, and Odin.

The cousins were kind to help me give all the puppies their first bath and our dogs a bath to. It was a lot of fun and luckily the dogs didn't shake off on us too much that we didn't get to wet in the end. We were more like dirty and covered in dog hair. Gross! I hate the smell of a wet dog but I love giving our dogs a bath.

So fun, I don't think we were able to even see those puppies, so sad! Glad that you got them all sold and to nice families!
